Richard Munsey has a passion for compelling, design centric brands centered on outstanding design, quality and value. 

Over the course of the last 20+ years, Richard has worked for a number of leading world class brands, including Herman Miller, Design Within Reach, Hickory Business Furniture, Bernhardt Design and Knoll Textiles.  He has extensive sales and sales leadership experience having personally sold in New York City and Los Angeles.  He has led regional teams up and down the East and West coasts in addition to leading a national sales team focused on the Architecture and Interior Design audience.

With an editor’s eye and passion for great design, complimented with strong interpersonal skills and unyielding work ethic,  Richard will work tirelessly to deliver results in Los Angeles and Southern California with the creation of Munsey Modern.
